The Chairperson’s main duties include chairing meetings of The Supreme Council, The Executive Board and The Advisory Board, setting meeting agendas in conjunction with the organization Secretary General, managing and providing leadership, and acting as a direct liaison between the Board and management, through as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Boards meet only a few times a year, but they make decisions that define the organization’s destiny for years to come. The current environment places greater responsibility and a higher profile on the Chairperson.
The ability to manage those meetings effectively is key. Chairmen must ensure that all the business is discussed in line with the agenda, that everyone’s views are heard and discussed, that clear decisions are reached and accepted and that they follow up to make sure agreed actions are carried out in line with Board decisions. The role of the Chairperson can be challenging. An exceptional Chairperson understands the organization, its culture, people and processes. This requires a strong personality. Even the most experienced and effective Boards can face challenging times and the ability of the Chair to deal with these situations and to bounce back is essential the organization's recovering and carrying on.

The function of our ADVISORY BOARD is to offer assistance to enterprises with anything from marketing to managing human resources to influencing the direction of regulators. FAAVM advisory board is a body that provides non-binding strategic advice to the management. The informal nature of our advisory board gives greater flexibility in structure and management compared to the board of directors.
FAAVM's Global Goodwill Ambassadors are messengers of Justice, Freedom, Solidarity and Peace, and are distinguished individuals, carefully selected from the fields of art, literature, science, entertainment, sports or other fields of public life, who have agreed to help focus worldwide attention on the work of the FAAVM
